Pricing

We offer clear, straightforward pricing for all our assessments. Payment is taken at the time of booking for EPCs and Home Energy Plans to secure your booking and ensure efficient scheduling.

Cancellation Policy

In Home Assessments:

Appointments for EPC's & In-Person Energy Reviews may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time at no cost. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non‑refundable. If access cannot be gained on arrival, the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation.

Personalised Digital Plans:
This is a personalised digital service. By submitting your details, you agree that we may begin preparing your plan immediately. Because the service is customised to your home, your right to cancel ends once work has started.
This protects you fully and is standard for digital services.
